Oh no, anything but the hot pants and the micro-minis!

Well, I'm now officially not an Chaffey student any more, which of course means that I'm FREE! FREE at last! No more assemblies with our principal using metaphors to describe the school community, no more home group, no more YLC's giving lectures, and what's more, I have seven or eight weeks of pure freedome in which I can enjoy myself with. Pure (or as close to) Bliss!

Today was celebration day, a day to remind us of that fact. It was also a good excuse to wear casual clothing in front of everybody else (the popular theme with the girls seemed to be hot-pants and micro mini-skirts for some reason).

We first began with the mock graduation proceeding. We had to line up home group by home group, then micro arrange ourselves into roll order. It was pretty boring to say the least.

Then came time to eat moring tea (which conisited of sandwhiches, orange juice, chicken nuggets, sausage rolls and some strange meatball things) and then ball-room dancing practice. We went up to the pool and had a bit of a splash around and a free sausage sizzle lunch, before being kicked out by the toddlers training group in the wave pool. Apart from that, just a uncerimonal goodbye to the year 10's of 2005.

But before the shackles of boring school life are broken for the holidays, I have orientation day at Senior tomorrow, which should be a fun sideshow to the more urgent and straining events and desicions surrounding my life at the moment. Anyway, it's good to get things out of the way early on.

And so my life goes on....
